  • Once the project has started and initial designs or concepts have been shared, no refunds will be provided.

  • SEO results take time and cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on multiple external factors.
  • If the campaign has started and optimizations have been implemented, no refunds will be issued.
  • If you believe our services have not been delivered as described, you can request a review, and we may offer additional services to compensate instead of a refund.

c) AI & Data-driven Services

  • AI-generated tools, reports, and analytics are considered delivered once provided to the client.
  • Due to the nature of automated processes, refunds are not available once data analysis, automation, or AI-related services have been performed.
  • If you experience issues, we offer fixes and adjustments within the agreed scope.

d) Digital Consulting & Strategy Services

  • Consulting calls, strategy sessions, and audits are non-refundable once delivered.
  • If you need to reschedule a booked session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • If we fail to provide the consulting session due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request a refund or reschedule.

3. Cancellations & Modifications
