2. Refunds By Service Type

  • Refunds can only apply before any creative work starts (partial, minus admin fee).

  • Once you receive initial designs, refunds aren’t possible.

  • We include revisions—your happiness matters!

SEO & Content Refunds

  • Results take time and can’t be guaranteed they’re influenced by many outside forces.

  • Campaign started? No refunds.

  • Not satisfied? Request a review; we’ll offer more time or bonus fixes.
