Refunds can only apply before any creative work starts (partial, minus admin fee).
Once you receive initial designs, refunds aren’t possible.

Results take time and can’t be guaranteed they’re influenced by many outside forces.
Campaign started? No refunds.
Not satisfied? Request a review; we’ll offer more time or bonus fixes.
AI & Data-driven Services
Once you get your reports or tools, they’re considered delivered.
No refunds after work begins, but we’ll happily offer fixes within scope if needed.

Finished consulting/audit calls aren’t refundable.
